We are a specialist consulting team delivering project and programme management for strategic initiatives across the legal industry.
Our expertise spans Business Transformation, Corporate Transactions (including Legal Entity Reorganisation, M&A and Post-Merger Integration) and Organisational Change Management.
Our programmes typically begin with a need in Legal or Tax, but we work closely with every function involved, including Finance, HR, Commercial, Supply Chain and IT. Because we understand the operational challenges each discipline faces, we help teams work together effectively and flag risks early, whether that is carve-out financials, works council considerations, procurement challenges or ERP configuration. We oversee delivery end to end.
We also know that transformation rarely happens in isolation. When several initiatives run in parallel, we take a holistic view, recognise the inter-dependencies and engage teams with the right level of priority and focus, so change fatigue is avoided.

Past Projects
Global Legal Entity Simplification
Led a 20-country programme that reduced a company's legal entity structure by 50%, from c.160 to 80 entities. The work involved the legal execution of more than 100 transactions, alongside significant operational change management. We coordinated large teams of subject matter experts across Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, Commercial, Supply Chain and IT, delivering not only the target structure but the operational integration behind it, including new transactional models and new ways of working across key functions.
SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation
Led the Finance transformation workstream of an enterprise SAP S/4HANA programme, supporting global deployment across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Planning. Partnered with Finance Process Owners, SAP delivery teams and System Integrators to align business priorities with technical implementation, and prepared the business for the operational change the new system required.
